Ko obrađuje podatke

Koje podatke čuvamo
- Nalog: ime i prezime, mejl, telefon, grad, lozinka (samo u šifrovanom obliku).
- Radnici: usluge, cena, opis, delovi grada, radno vreme i slobodni dani, fotografija profila. Fotografija lične karte služi samo za proveru identiteta i briše se čim administrator odobri profil.
- Upiti: datum, vreme, adresa ili kvart, opis posla, poruke između klijenta i radnika, ocene i istorija koraka.
- Kartica: čuvamo samo vrstu kartice, poslednje 4 cifre i datum isteka. Pun broj kartice i CVC ne čuvamo.
- Obaveštenja: adresa uređaja za push obaveštenja, ako ih uključiš, i evidencija poslatih poruka (90 dana).
- Posete: broj poseta po danu, bez kolačića za praćenje i bez podataka o tebi.
Zašto
Da bismo povezali klijente i radnike, prikazali profile i ocene, poslali obaveštenja, zaštitili korisnike od zloupotrebe i neplaćanja i vodili osnovnu statistiku.
Ko vidi tvoje podatke
- Klijenti vide profil radnika. Pun opis i ocene vide samo registrovani klijenti.
- Broj telefona druge strane vidiš tek kad radnik prihvati upit.
- Administrator vidi podatke potrebne za proveru, podršku i rešavanje prijava.
- Pružaoci usluga koji rade za nas: Netlify (hosting i baza), Brevo (mejl i SMS), servisi pregledača za push obaveštenja (Google, Apple, Mozilla). Podatke ne prodajemo.
Koliko dugo
Dok imaš nalog. Po brisanju naloga brišemo podatke u roku od 30 dana, osim onoga što zakon traži da čuvamo.
Tvoja prava
Možeš tražiti uvid, ispravku, brisanje ili prenos svojih podataka, i povući saglasnost za obaveštenja. Piši na info@theyacht.me. Imaš pravo na prigovor Agenciji za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama Crne Gore.
Kolačići
Sajt ne koristi kolačiće za praćenje ni reklame. U tvom pregledaču čuvamo samo prijavu, izabrani grad i jezik.

Who processes your data

What we store
- Account: full name, email, phone, city, password (hashed only).
- Workers: services, rate, description, areas, working hours and days off, profile photo. The ID card photo is used only for identity verification and is deleted as soon as the administrator approves the profile.
- Requests: date, time, address or area, job description, messages between client and worker, ratings and history.
- Card: we store only the card type, last 4 digits and expiry date. We never store the full card number or CVC.
- Notifications: your device's push address if you turn push on, and a log of sent messages (90 days).
- Visits: daily visit counts, without tracking cookies or personal data.
Why
To connect clients and workers, show profiles and reviews, send notifications, protect users from abuse and non-payment, and keep basic statistics.
Who sees your data
- Clients see worker profiles; the full description and reviews are visible to registered clients only.
- You see the other side's phone number only after the worker accepts.
- The administrator sees what is needed for verification, support and handling reports.
- Service providers working for us: Netlify (hosting and database), Brevo (email and SMS), browser push services (Google, Apple, Mozilla). We do not sell data.
How long
As long as you have an account. After deletion we remove your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and withdraw consent to notifications. Write to info@theyacht.me. You may complain to the Montenegrin Agency for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores your sign-in, chosen city and language.
